Shipping Policy

 

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange (with the exception of the paragraph below).

 

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Prior to returning your item, please call us at the phone number listed below for a return authorization number. We cannot process your return without this number.

Eyeglass Supply Store does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any PPE items offered for sale on our website, regardless of condition (opened, unopened, new, or used).  These items include, but are not limited to, hand sanitizer, germicidal wipes, isopropyl alcohol, masks, face coverings, face shields, gloves and gowns. These are medical supplies, once they leave our control, we cannot provide those items to another customer. We do not want to sell you returned medical supplies. Once again – All sales are final, No exceptions.
